If your order has not been shipped, it can easily be changed or canceled.

If your order has been shipped, you can ship the order (or part of it) back to us. As long as the item(s) remains in saleable condition, the order can be either refunded or exchanged for a different item(s), and only the shipping costs (both ways) will be incurred.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

As long as the item(s) you wish to return is in SALEABLE CONDITION and is being returned within 90 days of purchase, you have three options:

(1) Full refund by check or credit to your credit card used for initial purchase.
(2) Exchange your returned item(s) for a different item(s).
(3) Establish store credit to be used for future purchases.
 
When returning an order through the mail, be sure to package your return with liberal amounts of protective material (bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.) and to insure it in case of loss or damage.

Priority Mail & First Class Mail: 2-3 business days

Outside the U.S.:

First Class and Priority Mail International: 6-10 days (unless delayed in customs)

Sheriar Books takes great pride in packing our orders thoroughly to ensure a safe arrival. If your order still arrives damaged, file a claim with your local post office. Media Mail and First Class mail are not insured automatically. Priority Mail is insured automatically up to $50. First Class Mail International is not insured automatically, but Priority Mail International is, up to $200.

There are many items available in our physical bookstore that are not online, such as cards, t-shirts, photos, sculptures, jewelry, and tea. The best way to check if the item you have in mind is available is to Contact Us and a friendly, real-live person will be happy to help you.

We keep a record of all gift certificates sold and redeemed. Just Contact Us and we'll be happy to help you redeem it, even if you lost the certificate and do not know the validation code.
